Before you begin:

• Please read the sizing information 
• Have 3 number choices.  If you are a 1st year in your division (meaning you will play in that division again next year), please provide  EVEN numbers. If you are a 2nd year, please provide ODD numbers. 
• Have a payment method ready

These player owned custom jerseys with unique number and name.

After filling out this form and making payment your order will be queued up and reviewed by the SSRLAX apparel team.  Orders will be grouped together and delivered to the SSRLAX apparel team to ensure we have no duplicate numbers and arrival before the season.  

New uniforms will be handed out by the SSRLAX apparel team once they arrive.

Be sure to measure WITH pads on. They would go off of the Boys and Men's sizing.

The shorts sizing is similar to Under Armour shorts sizing.  

The cost for the 2024 season will remain the same as 2022 season.  We are receiving a deal at 50% off the retail price

Your cost will be:

$45 per Aerolyte Traditional  for each Jersey (Home and Away) 

$37.50 for the shorts

Total cost = 2  jerseys + 1  pair of shorts = $127.50 + transaction fees
